Textile Collage

While living and teaching in Seoul, Korea my table became by studio space. I surrounded myself and littered my worktable with fascinating handmade papers, unusual Hanbok fabric, exotic threads, numerous maps of the Asian landscape and temple gardens I visited. I assembled and stitched over these elements to create dimensional collages. At home, I continue to work with collage, stitching together fabric and paper I have found and collected over the years.
